Wash the fish and add mustard-garlic paste, mustard oil, turmeric powder,chopped coriander, green chillies and salt and mix it well

Wrap the mixture in the banana leaf

Then roast it in a pan putting some oil, and serve it when it's cooked with some steamed rice
