Steps

Remove the head of tomatoes

Cut into pieces and grind into paste take imli remove it's seeds and make paste of it

Take kadhai put the paste of tomatoes and imli and mix well by adding salt till it starts leaving sides
- 4
In another saucepan take mustard oil or sunflower oil put grinded Fenugreek and mustard seeds as it starts crackling add red chilli
- 5
Put the hot oil in the chutney of tomatoes and tamarind and mix well switch off gas and let it cool
