Black plum kala khatta

Add black plum pulp, sugar, black salt and lemon juice in the mixer and blend into the smooth paste.(can store this puree for about a 2 weeks in a freezer)

Take a serving glass, add crushed ice and 2 tbsp of black plum puree into it. Add water and mix well. Black plum kala khatta is ready to serve.
