Soak rice for 2 hours

Take oil, onion and golden fry and add beef, ginger garlic paste,salt, tomatoes, garam masala, red chilli, aloo Bukhara, zeera, haldi, and cook 1 hour., add potatoes and cook,

Take water and boil it add rice and some zeera and cook 15 minutes. When it's done drain out.

Take some rice in pan and add masala, then again rice,add food colour and zafran dissolve in water and ad do on it. And cook in slow flame, 10 minutes.
