Ingredients

  • 2raw banana sliced
  • 1 tbspred chilli powder for marination
  • as requiredsalt for marination
  • as required oil for shallow frying
  • 1/4 cupbesan or rava

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and slice the raw bananas

  2. 2

    Mix red chilli powder and salt and marinate the slides raw bananas for 15-20 mins

  3. 3

    After marinaton, coat raw banana with besan or rava

  4. 4

    Shallow fry raw bananas to crispiness

  5. 5

    Ready to serve
