Ingredients

  1. 1/2 litremilk
  2. 1 cupsugar
  3. 1 cuproasted sevayi (vermecilli)
  4. 2crushed green cardamom
  5. 1clove
  6. 1 tbspchopped coconut
  7. 1 tbspchopped almonds

Steps

  1. 1

    First boil the milk on high add chopped coconut cardamom and clove and milk nicely.

    Now add sugar and again bring it to boil till sugar dissolves.

  3. 3

    Now add the roasted sevayi and mix it and cook for a minute and turn off the flame.

    Now pour it to serving bowls and garnish with some chopped almonds.

    Enjoy.
