Yesterday i was craving badly for some traditional meetha, so made this instant burfi and it came out super delicious!!!! and just like bazaar wali burfi. It took hardly 15 minutes from preparation to making with just few ingredients. It's a must try recipe.

1. Add ghee in a pan. Turn on the flame. Let it melt.

2. When ghee melts add milk powder slowly while stirring continuously to avoid any lumps.

3. Now add cream, cardamom powder, sugar and mix well.

4. Cook on slow heat for five minutes or until it forms into a dough like consistency and leave the sides of the pan.

5. Remove from the heat and set in a greased tray or butter paper. Garnish with nuts. Leave it to set for atleast two hours then cut into desired pieces and serve.
