Take a pressure cooker and add the soaked chickpeas, salt and 2 cups water and cook it until 5 whistles.

Now heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan then add half quantity of chickpeas, ginger, onion,Coriander leaves, salt and all spices and fry it for a minute then add 1 tbsp ghee and repeat it then add chickpeas, ginger onion Coriander leaves and all spices and cook it for 2 Minutes and instant chhole is ready to serve.
