  1. 1 cupRice
  2. 1 cupsliced Carrots
  3. 1 cupsliced capsicum
  4. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  5. leavessome coriander
  6. 1 cupcabbage chopped
  7. 2green chillis
  8. azinomoto
  9. 1 tspsoya sauce
  10. 1 tspred chilli sauce
  11. to tastesalt
  12. oil for frying vegetables

    1.Cook rice and keep aside 2.fry all the vegetables separately 3. Heat oil in a pan, add green chillis, ginger garlic paste,saute for some time 4. Add onions and saute 5. Now add all the fried vegetables. 6. Add salt, soya sauce,red chilli sauce and mix well. 7. Now pour boiled rice and mix well 8. Sprinkle azinomoto and fold with the rice 9. Now your veg fried rice is ready,garnish with coriander leaves. Note: cook in high flame
