Boil rice with salt and oil.

In a pan add oil, ginger paste and fry Chicken cubes. When chicken is cooked than add all vegetables and fry them with red sauce, vinger, ketchup and black peeper.

For shashlik add ketchup and soya sauce in a pan and add all cubic cut vegetables make them boil add red chili flakes, salt and black pepper.
