Ingredients

  • 300 gcubed butternut
  • leavesMix salad
  • Feta
  • Avocados
  • Red onion
  • Beetroot
  • Sesame seeds
  • Sunflower seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Add cubed butternut to a greased oven pan sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon, allow to grill

  2. 2

    Layer salad leaves, avocado, feta then the grilled butternut then thr red onion, beetroot

  3. 3

    Heat the seeds in a pan with little olive oil add to salad

  4. 4

    Use a salad dressing of choice

  5. 5

    Enjoy
