Steps
- 1
Ingredients
- 2
Fry the potatoes and place them on a paper towel to absorb the grease.
- 3
Sauté the tomatoes, onion, and pepper, then add the potatoes.
- 4
With damp hands, moisten the machaca to prevent it from absorbing too much oil.
- 5
Add the machaca and mix until it is well integrated and has absorbed the tomato juices. Check the salt (it won't need much as the machaca is salty).
- 6
Finally, add the eggs.
- 7
Preheat the tortillas so they can be folded easily without breaking.
- 8
Add the prepared machaca and fold to form a burrito.
- 9
Heat them on the grill until lightly browned on each side.
- 10
Enjoy your delicious burritos!
