Ingredients

3/4 servings
  1. 1 cupbesan (gram flour)
  2. 1 pinchHing
  3. 4onions roughly chopped
  4. 2tomatoes sliced
  5. 1green chilli
  6. 1/4 tbspcumin seed
  7. 1/4 tbspturmeric powder
  8. as per tasteRed chilli powder and salt
  9. 1 tbspOil

Cooking Instructions

    Gather all ingredients and heat a pan put oil and spices in it one by one

  2. 2

    Now add onion in it, after 2 mins add turmeric, tomatoes in it, cook 2 mins they became soft add besan in it

  3. 3

    Now rosat besan, in slow flame, when change the colour add 1 glass water it and continue stiring, when start boiling, add salt and cook another 5/7 mins.

    Off the flame and remove in a bowl, garnish with green coriander, enjoy with roti or rice
