Ingredients

for 2 people
  • 100 gmscurd (chilled)
  • 5 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 cupwater
  • 8-10cashews and almonds
  • fewIce cubes (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Take the nuts (badam) and crushed them well.

  2. 2

    In a blender jar take the curd, water and sugar and blend it for 2 mins. Now leaving 1 tblspn of crushed nuts add the rest into the blender and blend for another 1 or 2 mins.

  3. 3

    Pour the mixture into glasses and topped with few sugar crystals and the crushed nuts that we kept aside.

  4. 4

    Your badam lassi is ready to serve with some ice cubes.
