  4. 1/2 cupghee

    Peel off the skin of the carrot and shredded it or cut into very thin pieces

  2. 2

    Keep a cook add the. Shredded carrots add milk cover the lid and leave for two whistle.then switch it off

  3. 3

    Open the lid keep in low flame and start stirring till it become thick.add sugar and let it combine well.while stirring b careful it may pop up.

    To a pan add ghee add raisins and add to the carrot halwa.

    Mix well and serve hot or cold
