Steps

Boil the milk in a deep pan until it reduces to half.

Add sugar and stir till it gets dissolved completely.

Once the milk is luke-warm, transfer it to an earthen pot. Add in curd and mix well. Cover and allow it to set in room temperature at least for 8 hours or overnight.

Then refrigerate it for 2 hours to get nice creamy texture.

Thus ready is the sweet curd for being served cool.
