Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 2 cupsLong grain basmati rice
  2. 2 tbspShahi jeera
  3. 1/4 cupChopped coriander
  4. 2 tbspGhee
  5. 6 cupsWater

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the rice and soak it for 15 mins.

    Boil water add some salt to it add rice.

  3. 3

    Take out rice and strain the water.

  4. 4

    Take a wok heat it, add ghee to it. Now add Saha jeera. Saute for few seconds.

    Add rice to it. Saute again for few minutes and then add chopped coriander and little salt. Mix it well and enjoy with dal fry or any other curry.
