Ingredients

  1. 1 cupcold sushi rice
  2. 1shallot or onion
  3. 1red onion
  4. Chopped veg - pepper, carrots, courgette, edamame beans or peas
  5. A fewsprays of oil
  6. A fewsplashes of soy sauce
  7. 1 clovegarlic chopped
  8. 1thumb of ginger chopped
  9. A fewshakes of shichimi to your taste
  10. 1 squeezelime

Steps

    Heat the oil to a high heat in the pan. When hot quick fry the chopped veg. When the veg is cooked add the rice and combine with the veg. Keep the food moving until piping hot.

    Serve in a bowl and serve with the soy sauce, lime and sprinkle with the Japanese chilli powder. It’s ready to eat.
