In a pan fry the urad dal without oil!

After it turned golden brown, add 1 spoon oil, coriander leaves! Cook for a min

Let it to cool, transfer it to a mixie! Add garlic, red chillies, salt, curry leaves

Grind it to a fine paste with required amount of water.

Transfer it to a pan with oil, some more urad dal and cook the mixture until the raw smell goes off.

Serve hot with dosa, idli
