Decided to add sausage and shrimps together in the rice instead of using just one of them. The result was😋😋😋😋
Steps

Parboil rice. Drain, rinse and keep aside. Chop tattase onion attaruhu and spring onions in small cuts.

Cut sausages in rounds. Clean and wash shrimps. Heat oil in a pot. Add your shrimps and sausages and fry. Add your chopped tattase onion and attaruhu. Stir fry for a few minutes.

Add your parboiled rice, enough stock to cook the rice and your seasoning. Stir thoroughly then taste and correct seasoning. Cover and allow to cook.

Add your sliced spring onions and peas and carrots then cover. Allow to cook till rice is well cooked and liquid is absorbed. Serve hot
