Ingredients

4 people
  1. 3milk cup rice
  2. 1/4kilo shrimps
  3. 4sausages
  4. Dashsoy sauce
  5. 2cooking spoon vegetable oil
  6. Peas
  7. Spring onions
  8. 2medium size tattase
  9. 2medium size attaruhu
  10. I medium size onion
  11. 4Maggi cubes
  12. to tasteSalt
  13. 2medium size carrots
  14. 11/2 tspCurry or tumeric

Steps

  1. 1

    Parboil rice. Drain, rinse and keep aside. Chop tattase onion attaruhu and spring onions in small cuts.

  2. 2

    Cut sausages in rounds. Clean and wash shrimps. Heat oil in a pot. Add your shrimps and sausages and fry. Add your chopped tattase onion and attaruhu. Stir fry for a few minutes.

  3. 3

    Add your parboiled rice, enough stock to cook the rice and your seasoning. Stir thoroughly then taste and correct seasoning. Cover and allow to cook.

  4. 4

    Add your sliced spring onions and peas and carrots then cover. Allow to cook till rice is well cooked and liquid is absorbed. Serve hot
