Beat eggs and sugar till light and creamy.

Fold dry ingredients - castor sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder - in.

Add oil and water mixture and beat well.

Bake in a flat pan at 180• for 20 minutes.

Make a chocolate ganache with nestle cream and cadbury dairy milk.
Decorate as desired! - 6
Cut into squares.

The changes I made was I added few drops of Peppermint essence in the batter and the ganache on top with grated Peppermint crisp.
