Cooking Instructions

Heat the milk in a heavy bottom pan on midiyam flame. When the milk starts boiling, slow the flame.

After a while you can see that the cream has come on the cream. So, now with the help of a spoon, take this cream to the edge of the wock

When the milk becomes thick, and add half of the milk we have taken, then mix the milk with sugar and cardamom powders. After 2 minutes turn off the heat.

Let the rabbi cool down. When the rabari becomes cold, then with the help of a knife, scrape the edges of the pan

Our lachcha rbri is perfectly ready.then sprinkle chopped pistachio and chopped almond.keep it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. and enjoy❤
