Grease one plate and for the better and steam it. Once it became cool Mash it with help of hands.

Take oil in Kadhai add chana dal, urad dal, jeera and Rae. After crackling add onion,chillies and curry patta.

Then add haldi powder, red chilli powder and salt gradually add the mashed cooked batter. Mix well everything garnish with chopped coriander and squeeze lemon while having it.
