First heat the white oil in pan.

The prawns marinate with salt and saute them.

Put the prawns in another plate.

Mix butter in the same pan.

Then add bay leaf, jeera, tomato and ginger paste.

Add green chilli paste kashmiri chilli salt sugar and fry for 1 min.

Add makhana paste sesame paste mix some water.

Now add raisin paste.

When the butter leave the side of the pan then add the prawns.

Add nutmeg powder and whole makhana.

Boil for 2 mins.

Switch off the gas give some standing time.

Serve hot with plain rice or paratha.
