Ingredients

  1. 250 gmsChingri Mach
  2. 2 tbspButter
  3. 10 gramsmakhana paste with milk +2-4 piece whole
  4. 5 gmssesame paste with milk
  5. as per tasteSalt as per taste
  6. 1 tspsugar
  7. 1 tspkashmiri chilli
  8. 1 pinchnutmeg powder
  9. 1 tspgreen chilli paste
  10. 1bay leaf
  11. 1small Tomato
  12. 1 Tspjeera
  13. 1 tspginger paste
  14. 5-6raisins paste
  15. 2 tbspwhite oil

Cooking Instructions

    First heat the white oil in pan.

    The prawns marinate with salt and saute them.

  3. 3

    Put the prawns in another plate.

  4. 4

    Mix butter in the same pan.

  5. 5

    Then add bay leaf, jeera, tomato and ginger paste.

  6. 6

    Add green chilli paste kashmiri chilli salt sugar and fry for 1 min.

    Add makhana paste sesame paste mix some water.

  8. 8

    Now add raisin paste.

  9. 9

    When the butter leave the side of the pan then add the prawns.

    Add nutmeg powder and whole makhana.

  11. 11

    Boil for 2 mins.

    Switch off the gas give some standing time.

  13. 13

    Serve hot with plain rice or paratha.
