Steps

Heat oil in a pan.Add cumin seeds.

When cumin seeds stars SPLUTTERS ADD ONIONS,and mix well.

Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes.

When onion turns translucent add chopped garlic and fry for few seconds.

Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and stir well.

ADD RED,GREEN BELL PEPPER,salt to taste aND MIX WITH ALL THE SPICES.

Cover and cook for 4-5 minutes.

Add chopped tomatoes.

Stir well,COVER AND COOK FOR 2-3 MINUTES.

When tomatoes are cooked ADD PANEER CUBES.

Stir well to coat with all the spices and cook for 2 minutes.

Add sugar, lemon juice stir well and turn of the gas.

Gardish with FRESH Coriander leaves,and serve hot.
