My super-quick & easy ‘Fresh Tomato Salsa’ can be mixed with cooked seafood and you can make such a delightful seafood platter instantly. Today I used frozen uncooked Prawns. It’s so simple and easy.
Steps
- 1
If you use frozen prawns, thaw completely. Cook them in the boiling salted water until just cooked enough, cool in cold water and drain.
- 2
Remove seeds (watery parts) from Tomatoes and finely dice. Chop up Garlic, Onion and Chilli finely. *Note: Make sure you taste the fresh chilli before adding it!
- 3
Place all ingredients in the bowl, season with Salt & Black Pepper. If you need more heat, you can add Tabasco. Pickled Jalapeño is also good.
