Ingredients

  1. 4green bananas
  2. salt to taste..
  3. Few slices of tomatoes for garnishing
  4. Salad oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Clean your green bananas...

  2. 2

    Put them on to boil...

  3. 3

    Once they have boiled, cool them well.

  4. 4

    Peel them nicely..Note: Frying is optional...you can have them boiled...

  5. 5

    Heat your oil. It should be hot enough.

  6. 6

    Add in your peeled bananas

  7. 7

    Fry them for 8 mins. They ought to be slightly brown n cruncy. sprinkle some salt n serve.

    Enjoy them with a cup of tea, coffee or any hot beverage.
