Wash and cook your potatoes until tender. Wash and cook the chicken separate until tender.

Wash and cut your cabbage, lettuce and onions set aside.

Blend your scotch bonnet, onions, garlic and tomatoes. Add a little oil in a pot and pour your blended ingredients, stir fry for 5minutes and add your seasonings and spices. Add the cabbage, chicken and onions. Allow to simmer

Pour in your boiled potatoes into the simmer and mix thoroughly. Allow to simmer and then serve. Add your lettuce as a side topping.
