Ingredients

  • 400-500 gpumpkin, skin on
  • 3 tbsartichoke paste
  • Olive oil
  • Nutritional yeast
  • Pepper
  • Pine Nuts (optional topping)

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop pumpkin to pieces.

  2. 2

    Add all other seasoning. Rub & leave to season for 30 minutes.

  3. 3

    Grill ~ 25-30 min.

  4. 4

    Serve hot.
