Grind all the raw veggies to form a paste

Heat oil and add heeng and then onion tomato paste.

Cook on high for 3mins.add all the spices.

Cook for another 3 mins.Masala will leave the sides.

Add this masala to boiled chhole.Cover it again and Bring 1 whistle on high.Garnish with fresh coriander.

Serve hot with rice,naan,kulcha,bhatura or even roti.
