Boil enough water in a pressure cooker

Add mustard leaves, spinach leaves and bathuA leaves, green chilli, ginger, garlic & salt in it.cook it until 7- 8 whistle

When it cooked,add maize flour in it and whisk well so that no lumps formed. Keep aside to cool slightly

Blend it in a mixer to a coarse mixture.

Heat ghee in a pan.

Add finally chopped ginger, garlic and saute them for a while.

Add onions in it and saute them till they become transparent.

Add finally chopped tomatoes in it. Stir well

Add salt, red chilli powder, Garam Masala in it. Cook it till oil separates.

Now add mustard leaves, spinach leaves and bathuA leaves mixture in it. Mix properly.

Cook it for 2-3 minutes

Serve hot with Malkin ki roti.
