This meat balls don't last in the house in fact I remember a particular time that I was suppose to make this for a party at my neighbors we finished it at home before the party. I had to quickly make another, thank God I still had minced meat in the refrigerator. I mostly make it during festivities like sallah naming and the likes. enjoy #smallchopscontest

Mix up the minced meat with blended pepper,onions, spices,oregano, bread crumbs,milk seasoning cubes and salt. Allow to marinade for 30-60min

Preheat your oven at 180degree. mould the minced meat into balls and bake for 20 minutes or until its no longer pinkish at the middle.
