Take a wok and add ghee
Add mustard seeds - 2
Add curry leaves
When it splutters add chopped onions and sauté - 3
Add some peanuts and saute fr 1 minute. Add turmeric powder and red chilli powder and stir
Add pulliyogre masala
Stir it. You can add little sat if cooked rice is plain. - 4
Add leftover cooked rice
Mix gently.
Stir for 2-3 minutes so that rice gets coated well with all the masala - 5
Serve hot with raita if your choice
