  1. 250 gmcuttlefish(cut into small pieces
  2. To tastesalt
  3. 1 tspturmeric powder
  4. 1 tspkashmiri red chilli powder
  5. 1&1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  6. 1/3 tspblack salt
  7. 1/2 cupall purpose flour
  8. 1/2 cupcornflour
  9. 1egg white
  10. 2onions (chopped)
  11. 8garlic cloves (chopped)
  12. 2chopped green chillies
  13. 1&1/2tbsp butter
  14. as neededOil to fry

Cooking Instructions

    Add salt, turneric powder,red chilli powder,1/2 tsp black pepper powder to cuttlefish. Add egg white to it. Keep aside. Mix cornflour, flour,salt,1/2 tsp black pepper powder together. Coat each cuttlefish with this mixture. Deep fry into oil and keep aside.

    Add butter to another pan. Add onion, garlic and green chillies. Saute for 2 minutes. Add fried cuttlefish into it and Saute for another 2 minutes. Add rest of the black pepper powder and black salt. Serve hot.
