In a pot, heat the olive oil and sauté the onion, green onions, and garlic until fragrant.

Add the cuttlefish and stir until the cuttlefish is lightly browned.

Boil a glass of water and add it to the pot - it may seem like a little, but you can add more if needed.

Now add the spinach (it will shrink as it softens), chervil, and dill.

Once it starts to boil, add the turmeric, salt and pepper, soy sauce, and lemon juice.

Cook for 20 minutes, checking to avoid overcooking.
