  • 8baby lobster
  • 8 tspChopped Garlic
  • 3 tbspSalted Butter
  • PinchSalt
  • PinchSuger
  • 2 tspLime Juice

Steps

  1. 1

    Cleaning the lobster and boil with hot water for about 15min

  2. 2

    Add in cooking oil and Stir-fried 4tbsp of garlic until brownish, drain out the cooking oil and mixed with the other 4tbsp of raw garlic.

  3. 3

    Raw & cooked garlic mixed well then add in salted butter and lime juice and stirring well and ready to be servrf76
