Soak chick pea add cardamom cinemon cloves bay leaf and chai patti potli or tea bag. Over night. Wash and soak rice for 5-10min.

Now take chick pea in cooker whistle 4-5 add salt and soda pinch. And simmer for 5-7min. On slow flame.

Cook 50%rice add salt lemon and 1/2tsp ghee.

Heat oil and ghee in a big broad pan. Saute dry red chilli onion puree for 2-3min. Add tomato puree. Saute and cover 2-3min.

Now mix all masala in a bowl. And add in onion mixture saute and cover. Add 2-3tbsp chick pea boiled water. Mix well and add chick pea mix properly. Cover the lid 5min. on slow flame.Use only chick pea boiled water.

Add rice in chick pea greavy stir with soft hand. Add mint leaves.

Now make tadka: - Heat ghee and oil mixture saute paneer pcs. Asofoetida 2-3cloves of choppd garlic green slited chilli and roasted cumin powder and green chilli Just stir and add in chola rice pulao. And stir. Cover the lid put on slow flame for 2-3mins. And serve.

Tasty yet innovative chhole paneer pulao is ready. Serve with tomato ring in foil paper so it remain hot. Some seasonal fruits and tissue paper. You can also give drink.
