Tandlachi Ukhad is Maharastrian breakfast recipe, it is very quick and healthy recipe.

Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds and cumin seeds and crackle them.Now add asafoetida,curry leaves, turmeric and mix.

Now add buttermilk,salt and rice flour, mix it nicely and take a lid for 7-8 minutes on low flame.

Tandlachi Ukhad is ready it serve with ghee and garnish with coriander
