Ingredients

4servings
  • 3 cuphung curd
  • 1 cupmango pulp
  • 1/2 cupSugar powder
  • 2 tbspchopped nuts
  • 1 pinch saffron strands
  • 1 pinchyellow food colour
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl add curd, powder sugar, cardamom powder, saffron strands, food colour and mango pulp and whisk well till well blended.

  2. 2

    Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

  3. 3

    Transfer into earthenware bowls, garnish with remaining nuts and a few saffron strands.

  4. 4

    Serve chilled.
