  • 1/2kgFrench beans
  • 1/4kgmeat
  • 4carrots
  • 2big tomatoes
  • 2tbstomatopaste
  • 1hoho
  • 1 bunchdhania
  • 2big onion
  • 3 piecesgarlic
  • 2couggets
  • 200 gmsSupergetti

Steps

45minutes
  1. 1

    Cut the michiri into the size of you choice,boil water put salt and branch the michiri for 3minutes then wash them with cold water to stop them from cooking further

  2. 2

    Boil the meat until it is soft add the onions and oil cook for 2min add Tomatoes and hoho then the tomatoe paste cook until Tomatoes are ready add carrots and couggets cook for 5minutes then add the French beans cook for another 5minutes add a cup of water and the rocyo cook for 3minutes add dhania and switch off the heat

    Boil water add salt then add supergetti cook for 8minutes drain the water fry onions until golden brown add 1tbs of tomatopaste then supergetti stir until well mixed with onions and tomatoespaste.
