Ingredients

  1. 1 cupwheat flour
  2. 3/4 cuppalak /spinach puree
  3. 1green chilli
  4. 1/4 inchginger
  5. 1 teaspooncumin seeds
  6. to tastesalt
  7. as required ghee for roasting
  8. stuffing
  9. 1 teaspoonoil
  10. 1 teaspooncumin seeds
  11. 250 gramsgrated paneer
  12. 1green chilli finely chopped
  13. 1 cupOnion chopped
  14. 1/2 cupfresh coriander leaves
  15. 1/2 cuptomato
  16. 1/4 inch ginger chopped
  17. 1/4 teaspoonred chilli powder
  18. 1/2 teaspoongaram masala powder
  19. 1 teaspoonturmeric powder
  20. to tastesalt
  21. 1 teaspooncoriander powder
  22. 4 teaspoontomato pasta sauce
  23. 1/4 teaspoondry mango powder

Steps

  1. 1

    First we blanch spinach and then grind in mixer with ginger and green chilli. now take a bowl to add flour, cumin seeds and salt and mix well.

    Add spinach puree little by little and knead soft dough. if required add water. after knead add 1 teaspoon ghee and knead again and keep aside for 20 minutes.after that divide the dough in 5 equal parts.

    Roll and flatten and also dust some wheat flour.
    furthermore, roll it into a thin circle as of chapathi. roll as thin as possible.
    grease the chapati with some ghee and sprinkle wheat flour over it.

    Now start creating pleats by folding with the help of fingers.
    Begin to roll the pleated dough like a swiss roll.
    furthermore, secure the end by pressing gently.

    Take the rolled ball and dust with some wheat flour.
    and start rolling to a thin circle.
    take chapati on tawa and place the rolled paratha.

  6. 6

    After a minute flip off and cook the other side.
    once the golden brown spots start appearing on both sides grease with ghee.Furthermore, flip and roast both sides.
    now we prepare stuffing

  7. 7

    Heat a pan and add 1 teaspoon oil.
    add cumin seeds when they splutter add chopped onion and green chilli and ginger.

  8. 8

    When onion gets light brown add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt to taste and chopped tomatoes.

  9. 9

    Saute for two minutes and add grated paneer and garam masala and dry mango powder.
    mix well.

  10. 10

    Now spread sauce on paratha and add paneer stuffing, and chopped onion and tomato and fold and serve
