Wash rice and gram dal together, soak in water for 15-20 minutes and then add little ghee, salt and turmeric pwder and cook it.

Keep it for5 minutes covered. Then spread it in plate for cooling.

Heat oil in kadhai then fry cashew nuts in it and remove it from kadhai.

In Same oil add cumin and mustard seeds, Asafoetida, Urad dal and fry it. Add green chillies and curry leaves in it.

Add grated raw mango and finely chopped onion in it stir it. Add cooked rice in it, add sugar and salt in it mix it well.

Add fried cashew nuts, chopped coriander leaves and serve it. Garnishing With sev.
