Ingredients

  1. 1 cupmoongdal soaked for 15 minutes
  2. 2 cupslauki chopped
  3. 1tomato chopped
  4. As neededOil
  5. 1/2 tspn turmeric powder
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  8. 1 tsp cumin powder
  9. 1 tspcoriander powder
  10. 1 packetmaggi masala
  11. 1/2 tsp mustard seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    In cooker add oil mustard seeds let it splutter add moong dal, lauki, tomatoes, haldi, red chilli powder, cumin, coriander powder, maggi masala and salt stir add enough water close the cooker do 2 whistles.serve hot.
