Chana daal fry

Boil the daal with turmeric and 2 tbs oil

In pot add garlic and zeera fry for a minute add onion and fry until translucent. Add tomatoes and all the spices except roaste masala and chaat masala

Cover the lid and cook until tomatoes softened. Then bhonify until oil separates. Add little water and boil daal in it.sprinkle roasted masala,chaat madala dhania and let it simmer.

Give tadka of garlic, zeera and red chilli.
