Cut the beef into cubes. Marinate with the seasonings above and a little cooking oil. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to let the flavors absorb and tenderize the meat.

Cut the bell peppers and onion into pieces. Remove the seeds from the tomato and cut into pieces. Blanch the vegetables in boiling water, then rinse with cold water.

Stir-fry the beef over high heat with a little oil and butter. Add the bell peppers and onion, stir briefly, then turn off the heat.
