Take a bowl add maida,ghee&1pinch salt, crumble it nicely,add slowly some water makes a not too hard, not too soft dough.rest it 10 mints.take 2 tbsp melted ghee & 2tbsp rice flour mix well.r oll the dough as big toti shape spread the rice,ghee mixture,roll it,cut it pieces.

Take one piece again roll it,&deepfry.Makes a 1 strands chasni,dip the khaja with chasni 2-3mints, transfer a plate,cool it.khaja are ready.

This khaja are famous in puri.It was used as prasad of loard Jagarnath.
