Chips with yaji
It's crispy sweet, u need to try it.
Steps

Wash, peel and slice sweet potato into thin size
- 2
Rinse the slice potato and put into sieve basket to let out the water
- 3
Sprinkle salt and turn for it to mix together well
- 4
In a pan heat oil and put the potatoes in allow for a while
- 5
Turn the potato and allow to continue frying until it's out of water(crispy like)
- 6
Remove it from oil into a sieve for the oil to drop
- 7
Dish into plate and put little yaji by the side
