Beat egg and sugar together until pale and smooth.add oil and vanilla extract and milk and beat again.

Now mix wet and dry ingredients. There should be no lumps.

Greese ur desired mould.bake it for 20 to 25 min.

Let it cool and invert it into playe dust powdered sugar.
