Ingredients

  1. 6 Piecesbanana
  2. 2 tbsflour
  3. 3eggs
  4. Oil for deep frying
  5. Cornflakes crumbs

Steps

    Peel and cut banana into pieces

  2. 2

    Mix flour and egg

  3. 3

    Dip the banana pieces into the batter, and roll over in cornflakes crumbs

  4. 4

    Pour oil into the pan

  5. 5

    When the oil is heated, add the banana pieces and fry on medium heat
